University of Tashkent for Applied Sciences and the Department of "Scientific Research, Innovations and International Cooperation" of this university.

The objectives of the journal:

• consolidation and development of Computer Science at the foreign and national level in the formation of Software Engineering and world outlooks of Information technologies in the scientific and publication sphere;

• promotion of advanced concepts and practices of effective management of scientific, innovative and educational activities of leading researchers both within the state and foreign countries;

• raising the professional level of scientists in the field of Software Engineering and related fields.

• enrich the experience of the IT organizations by fostering critical analysis of the assumptions and theories that underlie the IT programs

• create an open scientific discussion in the scientific community, exchange experience among scientists;

• to make the results of research and scientific novelty of scientists available in the scientific environment;

• by creating open access through the Internet resources and portals of the university to expand the scientific border.

Thematic areas of the journal:

The materials of the journal cover a wide range of topical problems of Software Engineering, as well as all branches of Applied Sciences.
