This article investigates the application of the Mamdani logical model based on the theory of Z-numbers. The levels of uncertainty and reliability that exist in traditional fuzzy logic systems are often expressed through only one parameter. Z-numbers, on the other hand, allow us to take into account not only the value of the information but also the level of reliability that exists in relation to it. The article constructs a logical model based on fuzzy sets of temperature and comfort (Cold–Warm–Hot and Low–Medium–High), mathematically expresses the Mamdani model enriched with Z-number methodology and presents the results of the calculations.
