The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies is creating new
opportunities and complex challenges for corporate governance systems, including ethical, legal, and
operational risks. This study examines the impact of AI on corporate governance through a literature
review and analytical methods. The results show that AI can change decision-making among board
members, increasing bias, privacy, and regulatory concerns. The discussion proposes new approaches
to ensure AI governance. The study contributes to the assessment of the role of AI in corporate
governance.
