The use of artificial intelligence (AI) based on silicon (Si) technology has become the
foundation of modern computing systems. Advances in semiconductor electronics and computing
have enabled the creation of powerful algorithms for data processing, process automation, and
decision support. Modern AI technologies are actively used in various fields, including industry,
medicine, transportation, education, and the financial sector.
